FaciPlan 3D™ has an add-on to collect the required FRPP data from the facility's drawing page and submit it using the appropriate XML schema, making compliance extremely simple. In addition, dashboard components on the drawing provide immediate visualization of the required performance measures. This information gathering and reporting is done while using FaciPlan 3D™ to manage day-to-day operations of the facilities.

The Federal Real Property Council created data and performance indices to catalog and measure all federally owned or leased real property. The data is converted to an XML format and uploaded to a federal database repository. Currently, this information is gathered and reported by agencies about their bureaus' campuses by software that is not also managing the facilities and their assets.
