Federal Real Property Asset Management
On February 4, 2004 President Bush Signed Executive Order 13327 to better manage federal real properties: Executive Order 13327
A Federal Real Property Council was created who issued data gathering and reporting requirements for all Federal Government Agencies that own, lease or otherwise manage real property. In June, the Council issued its "2008 Guidance for Real Property Inventory Reporting":
