On this site, we have tried to illustrate features of Microsoft Office Visio® and the powerful add-in, FaciPlan 3D™, relevant to facility management. We encourage you to explore the site, schedule a Webinar and download a Software Trial. We welcome your questions.

FaciPlan 3D™ is a full featured Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) program based on Microsoft Office and Server Technologies. It is intuitive, easy to use, works from your current CAD files and leverages your existing and future investments in Microsoft products. The video game quality 3D offers a first person walk-through or fly-over for an unmatched virtual facility experience. This 3D experience can be shared with anyone who downloads our free viewer. No FaciPlan is required. No Visio is required to move through the 3D world you have created!

Information about the facility, its utilization, assets, and occupants is maintained in drawings linked to data sources. Bidirectional data transfer between the drawing and Excel or numerous databases enables users to work either graphically or by manipulating data.

Files created in FaciPlan 3D™ can be opened and edited by employees, vendors, customers or any other stakeholders using standard Microsoft products. Collaboration is easy - whether among project members or supply chain partners!

Maintenance Management Facility Cleaning Reports and Equipment Maintenance Schedules are produced Graphically or Alphanumerically within FaciPlan 3D™ and can be exported to Microsoft Project.	Move Management Identify every Physical and Human Asset impacted by the Move through Color-Coded Room Layout Changes and Move Reports.
Federal Real Estate Management - EO 13327 A 2004 Executive Order from President Bush required that Information and Performance Measurements be maintained on all Federally owned and leased Real Estate and that positions be created in each Agency to oversee the efforts.	FRPP from FaciPlan 3D FaciPlan 3D collects the required FRPP Data and creates Performance Measures. Then the information is converted into the predefined XML schema for uploading to Federal databases.
